Return Policy

We process many orders within minutes of receiving them. If you make a mistake on your order, please contact us immediately so that we can correct it before the item goes out.We accept returns on all items within 30 days of receipt, but you must contact us before sending the item back so that we can issue an RMA number.

Returns require pre-authorization and are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping fees are not refundable. Customer pays return shipping. Merchandise must be in unused, resalable condition and in the original packaging. You may avoid the restocking fee by doing an item exchange rather than a return, either for another size, or another style. We will credit the full purchase amount towards your alternative item, less shipping fees and will ship it out upon receipt of the original item in good condition, and balance due.

While we would like to do a full refund, it’s just not practical for our small company and slim margins. The 10% helps us defray costs associated with outbound shipping including labor and materials associated with picking and packing orders, issues related to a small percentage of returns that cannot be resold, and other costs.

Please contact us for return authorization prior to sending items back. We will issue a RMA number that should be written on the outside of the package, as well as on a copy of your emailed receipt, inside the package. We will refund your purchase upon receipt of the item in good condition, less shipping and the restocking fee.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Times

United States: Just $4.95 for all domestic orders in the U.S. $1.50 extra for each additional item. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.

International Shipping Rates

 

We do not currently ship outside the United States.
